Wellness Program

A wellness program is an organized and coordinated program that tries to improve a person’s physical, emotional, and mental health risks. Depending on the context, a wellness program may also improve vocational and spiritual well-being. Weight loss competitions, exercise, stress management or resilience education, smoking cessation programs, and wellness assessments are common activities in wellness programs that are intended to help individuals or employees eat better, lose weight, and improve their physical health and physical activity. A wellness program is a holistic health benefits project that aims to maintain or improve well-being through good food, exercise, stress management, and sickness prevention.
