Form 10C is used for claiming benefits under the Employees’ Pension Scheme (EPS) of the Employees’ Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO) in India. It’s applicable for members who have not completed 10 years of eligible service at the time of retirement or leaving the service and wish to withdraw their pension contributions.
